One thing about this is that is completely free if you can comply to their rules. To qualify to the free 4glte smartphone, all you need to do is to follow the steps below.

Apparently there are 2 methods to win it... 

1. Loading of recharge card method
The promo is tagged #EverydayBonanza and there are over 150 4G LTE smartphones to be freely to customers to win with just a little recharge of N100 or above everyday in other for you to qualify for the promo. 
You will be messaged on regularly if you are qualified for it. 

2. By subscribing to their 4g data plans. 
This was the message that was sent to glo users. 
      “Get a FREE LTE SMARTPHONE when you subscribe to a special LTE data plan. Glo offers plans with the best data value. Hurry to the nearest Gloworld to get yours!”
So all you need to do is to subscribe and you increase your chances of getting qualified.

I think this is a very good inovation by Glo.
